Hi, I'm Kyle! It's an honor to meet you!
A little about me...
- I'm known to bring… enthusiasm to the dance floor. Consider this your friendly warning
- I might be the biggest Indiana fan you’ll ever meet. (Yes, the state, not just the sports team) The people, the places, the quirks—I love it all.
- I was on my high school’s JV bowling team. And yes, my high school somehow had a JV bowling team.
- I firmly believe everyone should have their own entrance song—like boxing, but for daily life. Mine is ‘In the Air Tonight’ by Phil Collins. Don’t be surprised if I ask you yours.
- As a kid, I imagined myself in
all kinds of careers—music producer, pharmacist, radio host, firefighter, entrepreneur, you name it. Even today, I love learning what different people do and imagining what it’s like to
walk in their shoes.
Are you stressed out and feeling stuck in place?
Life can change quickly and it can be difficult to know how, where and when to make a move. Through the storm in your season of life, how do you decide when to "let go" and when to take the opportunity to "grow"? Together, we'll search for the light at the end of the tunnel and take steps to illuminate the pathway going forward. Sometimes, this starts with patiently processing and healing. Other times, this looks like identifying your core values and utilizing them as means to make decisions and find motivation.
Through this storm, there is tremendous worth in your personal experiences. Sometimes, it just helps to have someone to walk alongside of you for encouragement and to look for the silver linings. I'm grateful for the chance to get to work with men, teens, and women who navigate the paralyzing winds of OCD, addiction, hurting relationships, and stress. Storms like these can knock us off-course and disrupt our pace.
I'd consider it an honor to join you in your search for peace.

My Approach
My approach to counseling is built upon alliance and trust. These dynamics are not automatic - meaning they are built over time and you have the freedom to consider whether I am the right fit for you or not. You also have the freedom to be yourself as we develop an alliance based on your goals and your voice. Whether you are looking for a listening ear to process, someone to walk alongside of you in your journey, or someone to inspire ideas for early steps towards healing - it is important to feel safe in that process.
I value compassion, curiosity and perspective in the counseling relationship. I like to serve as a human mirror - reflecting on patterns of thinking and behavior for you to see in a different light. After getting the opportunity to work together with patience and grace, I find joy when you can see a glimpse of your inherent and unmeasurable value in life.
