Meet Grace
I provide counseling for individuals from childhood through adulthood, offering a warm, supportive space where clients can explore their inner experiences without judgment. I am committed to helping people find healing, freedom, and a deeper connection with themselves and others.
My therapeutic approach centers on the belief that every person has a unique story and deserves an individualized path toward healing. Drawing from CBT, ACT, EFIT, and SFT, I strive to create a collaborative process that meets clients exactly where they are. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, suicidal ideation, depression, grief, identity concerns, and major life transitions.
I find deep meaning in walking alongside clients as they move toward healing and meaningful change. At the heart of my work is a genuine desire to help people recognize their patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to them. My goal is to empower each person to gain clarity, build new skills, and create a life that feels balanced, intentional, and aligned with their values.

My Approach
I believe every person is unique, and that healing begins when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are. In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor our sessions to fit you and your experiences.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we will explore the challenges and patterns present in your life, and I will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental stance. My hope is that you feel supported as you gain insight, cultivate meaningful growth, and move toward lasting change.
