Grace Bucher, LMHCA

Grace Bucher, located in Carmel, IN, specializes in working with teens, children, and women

Hey, I'm Grace! So glad you stopped by.

A little about me...

  • I proudly go through three gallons of milk a week, keeping the dairy aisle in business.
  • I’m a devoted IndyCar fan, and race day is a National Holiday in my book.
  • In my free time, I build LEGOs and pretend it's a completely normal hobby for a fully-grown adult.
  • My favorite form of self‑care is running, chasing that “I’m unstoppable” post-run glow.
  • I maintain a healthy obsession with gluten‑free Cheez-Its, which I guard like precious treasure.

Are you a chronic avoider of emotions?

You just want to keep your head above water. Whether you are a parent, woman, teen, or child, the pressure is high. You're wondering, "Do I really have to go to therapy and talk about my feelings? What's the point? I've been doing a pretty great job of distracting myself from it all."

Yea, I get that. And all of that works...until it doesn't.

Thankfully, with me- slow is fast. I will not push you to your breaking point or let you leave worse off than you came in (or any other worse case scenarios running through your mind).

At the heart of my work is a genuine desire to help people recognize their patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to them.

My goal is to empower each person to gain clarity, build new skills, and create a life that feels balanced, intentional, and aligned with their values.

We are in this together!

My Approach

I believe every person is unique, and that healing begins when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are. In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor our sessions to fit you and your experiences.

I approach therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we will explore the challenges and patterns present in your life, and I will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental stance. My hope is that you feel supported as you gain insight, cultivate meaningful growth, and move toward lasting change.
