Our Vision

Welcome to Connected Counseling!

My name is Lindsey Garrigus and I founded this practice with a vision to help women, children, and families find connection. I have seen how much suffering happens when we are disconnected, not just from others, but from ourselves.

My hope is that you find healing by getting to know each part of who you are and how you can meet the needs of those parts to reach your full potential.

My vision one day is to provide multiple specialties to one practice, so that clients will be seen as a whole person, instead of fragmented by the healthcare system. I am currently working to create packages for clients with nutritionists and Occupational Therapists. Stay tuned! Find out more about Lindsey and her vision.
