Testimonials

"Lindsey has been instrumental in our adoption journey. She has shown herself to be

knowledgeable in our sessions but has also given us practical steps we can use at home and

school. She continually brings us back to the basics of figuring out our daughter in order to better connect. In short, I'm so very thankful for Lindsey and the role she has played in our family." - Privately Disclosed

"Lindsey helps bridge the gap with therapy and your relationship with Jesus. I had a lot of heartache and pain to work through, and finding out what certain beliefs I was believing aboutmyself was a struggle. This journey with Lindsey has been impactful on my spiritual and mental health. She met me where I was and was empathetic to my situation. Through this process, I have grown in my understanding of who I am and who God says that I am"

"Lindsey was empathetic and direct, and guided me well to talk about and journey through my processing through IFS  and healing. It was hard work, but I left every session more hopeful. She helped give me words to describe what I experienced as well as my feelings. When I hear a friend talk about wishing they could go to therapy, I tell them that I know a lady that they should check out. I highly recommend Lindsey if you are seeking a professional counselor."

Are you an overwhelmed human, who just wants to find calm?

I’m going to keep this simple because life is crazy and you already have a lot going on.

You don't know what calm feels like anymore...or even the neighborhood of calm. "Is it even possible?"

Finding a new therapist feels exhausting at times. "What if she isn't the right fit?" "What if she doesn't help me?" "What if I have to tell my story to someone else that just doesn't get it?"

I understand all of these worries. And I'm here to tell you that I have a plan for you. Whether you are an overwhelmed parent, employee, sister, wife, friend, or child...we can find peace and stability together. I don't just look at your thoughts and feelings, I tackle why your nervous system is off balance and what we can do about it!

I am passionate about helping women and children realize their full potential and delight in who they truly are. I feel so honored to sit with women and parents, play with children, and help you all find the redemption and hope in your story. I am here to laugh with you and cry with you.

You are not alone!

My Approach

I believe that finding a connection to yourself and others is the first step to finding joy and fulfillment. This belief directs how I interact with clients. I am gentle, kind, accepting, empathetic, and warm  as I know my interactions with clients provide the foundation of safety for the healing process.

This is why I focus on being a safe haven for clients to come to when they need rest and comfort and a secure base to give clients the tools and confidence to take the next steps towards growth. I do this by attuning to each client’s emotions and needs and helping them find confidence  in being able to meet their own needs.
