6 Nutrition Sessions
Learn more about your body and how to integrate movement and nutrients. These sessions may be rearranged or adjusted based on each client's needs.
Session 1
We'll start by crafting your Wellness Vision, a statement of how you want to live and feel! We will identify your top areas for growth and discover what is holding you back.
Session 2
We'll walk through what a whole food lifestyle really means and how to fit it into your life. Learn about the three macronutrients and how to read ingredient labels with confidence! You'll start to see food not as a means of restriction but of nourishment!
Session 3
Forget calorie counting! I will teach you how to build a plate to both nourish and satisfy your body! You'll learn how to build balanced, fiber-rich plates for yourself and the family, so healthy eating feels simple and doable no matter what!
Session 4
Here's where everything starts to click! I will show you how to meal plan, organize your grocery trips and build routines that actually stick! We will plan time for mindfulness practices and joyful movement, to stay consistent without the overwhelm!
Session 5
You'll learn how to naturally balance your blood sugar to boost your energy, support your hormones and protect your long term health! I'll share practical strategies you can start implementing right away!
Session 6
We will revisit your Wellness Vision and see just how far you've come! We will celebrate your wins, reflect on your growth and formulate a game plan for keeping your healthy habits strong!

Engage in reflective storytelling to uncover the beliefs and fears that may be holding you back—and begin rewriting your narrative with intention and clarity.
Mindfulness
Learn effective techniques to calm your nervous system and integrate mindfulness into your daily routine for greater balance and resilience.
Internal Family Systems- IFS
(1-6 sessions)
IFS offers a compassionate
framework to explore your inner world, helping you identify and heal the parts of yourself that carry pain, fear, or self-doubt.
