Kelly Pollock, LMHCA

Kelly Pollock, located in Carmel, IN, specializes in adolescent therapy, OCD therapy, and trauma therapy

Meet Kelly

I provide individual therapy to adolescents through adulthood. I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complex emotional and psychological challenges that often arise during these formative and transitional stages of life.

I am especially drawn to supporting those struggling with anxiety, OCD, stress, trauma, spiritual issues, perfectionism, and phase-of-life adjustments, recognizing how these issues can deeply impact a person’s well-being, identity, and relationships.

I find purpose in walking alongside people as they work toward healing and self-discovery. At the heart of my work is a genuine desire to help people overcome obstacles, build resilience, and live life with greater freedom, clarity, and purpose, ultimately empowering them to thrive, not just survive.

My Interests

Outside of counseling, I enjoy life as a wife and mother, finding joy in simple, meaningful moments with my family. I love reading, cooking, spending time outdoors, and catching a good movie. I’m also passionate about pursuing true rest—creating space to slow down, recharge, and stay grounded.
